The holiday season can be difficult for those who are grieving a loss. Calvert Hospice’s Service of Remembrance is an annual memorial service that offers families and friends an opportunity to come together at the holiday season and remember their loved ones who have passed away. The memorial service includes musical selections from local musicians, inspirational readings, reading of loved ones’ names, recognition of loved ones, and more. This is a free event, meant to help families who are grieving. Light refreshments are provided, and guests may purchase memorial poinsettias or memorial ornaments if they desire.
The 2019 Service of Remembrance will be held December 15, 2019 at 3 pm at the St. John Vianney Family Life Center auditorium. Please RSVP by filling out the form below and returning to Calvert Hospice Attn: Service of Remembrance, PO Box 838, Prince Frederick, MD 20678; you may also RSVP by phone to Peggy Braham at (410) 535-0892, ext. 4011.
